									<p>The speaker for this Monthly Talk is Associate Professor Christina C. Dahm from the Department of Public Health, Aarhus University. Christina works has a great interest in the fields of diet, climate, obesity and health and does research in diet and incidence of non-communicable diseases,&nbsp;focusing&nbsp;on sustainable diets and statistical methods, and the development and consequences of obesity.</p>
<p>During this presentation Christina will give a 30-45 minute talk followed by Q&amp;A and&nbsp;discussions.</p>
