Copenhagen Business School is inviting in researchers, investors, entrepreneurs to explore the broader impact of the food systems in a friday-lounge-workshopping-setting at Copenhagen Business School. The event will target sectors like hospitality, construction (e.g., coconut fiber, sugarcane straw), cosmetics (açaí, guaraná, cacao), pharmaceuticals.
The workshop is organised in relation to the upcoming COP30 in Brazil and so far we will have participation of two famous Northern Brazilian chefs, Joanna Martins and Paulo Anijar, and representatives from the Melting Pot Foundation; the startup's from both DTU Skylab and Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship as well as Associate Professor Lisbeth Clausen who will give insights from her recent book "Women Entrepreneurs in the Circular Economy".
The event will take place on June 27th from 14-16 at Copenhagen Business School.
This event enables a rich exchange among the participants and will be structured with some short presentations followed by an engaging discussion and reception with Brazilian treats.
