ILSI Europe Annual Symposium 2024
DTU is collaborating with ILSI Europe in organizing an event November 26th at DTU for early career scientists focused on sustainable food systems. The event offers a great opportunity for you to present your work, network and expand your knowledge about important topics related to food sustainability. It is also offering a chance for industry and academic experts to discover a new pool of talent and gain a fresh point of view on the research this area.

The following day November 27th will be the 2024 ILSI Europe Annual Symposium: "Nourishing Resilience: Adapting to Global Changes and Future Food Landscape". The symposium is a gathering of experts from around the world who meet to shed light on the current and future challenges in food safety, nutrition and sustainability.
ILSI Europe is a global, non-profit federation, founded in 1986, to fosters collaboration among the best scientists from industry, academia and the public sector to provide evidence-based scientific solutions and to pave the way forward in nutrition, food safety, and sustainability. Our collaboration with ILSI provides you with a chance to present your research at a large international conference.
If you are an Early Career Scientist (student, PhD candidate, or practicing scientist who received their highest certificate (e.g. BSc, MSc or PhD) within the past ten years), who would like to present your research at the ILSI international conference, they invite you to submit an abstract. They welcome abstracts for oral and poster presentations from researchers whose work relates to:
- Green by Design: Innovating with Sustainability in Mind
- Up-cycling the up-cyclable: new perspectives in green, bio-based and circular valorization of food waste and by-products
- From the Ground Up: Exploring the Vital Links between Soil Health and Sustainable Food Systems
- Forever Young: Exploring Solutions for Healthy Ageing and Nutrition,
- Redefining Resilience: Innovations for a Sustainable Food Future, or
- Taste the Future: A Journey into Tomorrow's Food Landscape
