What to expect
This workshop will build on the previous START online workshop held July 5th with the objective of initiating work on funding applications related to the challenge of how to move towards sustainable diets that do not compromise on consumer health and safety, and at the same time empowers consumers to change their diets
This requires a multi-actor approach covering all disciplines. To start the ball rolling we will meet again and discuss our joint interests in the Horizon Europe cluster 6 destination: Fair, healthy and environment-friendly food systems from primary production to consumption. We will also zoom in on the HORIZON-CL6-2024-FARM2FORK-01-5 call: Creating smart and attractive tools to enhance healthy and sustainable food provision, eating and treating of food at home. However, we welcome interest in other calls in the destination as well.
Preparation: Please read page 122-127 (Destination) and page 196-198 (Call).
