The conference brings industry and academia together to exchange experiences of success as well as current challenges (day 1) and connects academics internationally and inter- and cross-disciplinary to exchange new research insights (day 2).

You can hear and discuss business and policy perspectives on upcycling in the food system, present your research, meet researchers of the same discipline to reflect on methods and insights, and meet researchers
from a different discipline to develop ideas on how we jointly can tackle the challenges in new collaborations.

Conference fee both days: 100 Euro (includes lunch, dinner and hotel). Participation day 1 from 12.00-18.00: 15 Euro (includes lunch and coffee)
