If you want to participate in any of the events, you

have to sign up as a member of START

START MONTHLY TALKS (New Signature Event)

As a new initiative START is launching a series of Monthly Talks every last Thursday of the month from 13:00 to 14:00.

During this online event an invited speaker will give a 30-45 presentation about a START relevant topic followed by plenum questions and discussions.

Next Monthly Talk: August 29th - 1 pm

As our second speaker, Miek Schlangen from SDU Biotechnology will be talking about the process of dry fractionation, how to produce fibrous meat analogues with the resulting ingredients, and how to analyse the texture of those meat analogues.

START ANNUAL MEETING

The Center for Sustainable Agrifood Systems invites all START associates to participate in the START Annual Meeting held every year in March.

During the two-day conference, we gather the Danish research environments to discuss challenges, opportunities, and visions in a transitioning agrifood sector.

With an emphasis on interdisciplinarity and system thinking, we create a venue for all research disciplines to share knowledge and network across the Danish universities.
